IFA based in Glasgow city centre specialising in Wealth Management are looking for an Office Manager.
You will be responsible for running a team of 3 Support staff who complete Financial Services administration work. Working through any complaints will be an important part of this role along with ensuring the Financial Advisers are equipped with all the administration support required. You will also be required to ensure all the office systems (including 1st Software) are being maintained properly and efficiently and generally keep the office running smoothly.
Financial Services experience is essential. FPC qualifications (or equivalent) are preferred. You must have exceptional computer skills and previous experience managing staff.
